I began my Health and Life Coach training with the Health Coach Institute (HCI) in June 2024 and completed over 250 hours of education, graduating in January 2025.
HCI is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF)—the leading global organization that sets rigorous professional standards for coaching. The ICF supports over 50,000 members across 150+ countries and territories, and their accreditation ensures the highest level of training and ethical practice.
My journey into coaching is grounded in both professional and personal experience. I’ve been a registered nurse for over 13 years, which has given me a deep understanding of medical conditions, treatment plans, and how the healthcare system works.
Personally, I’ve spent the last 10 years exploring nutrition and lifestyle changes, experimenting with everything from Ayurveda and plant-based diets to keto, paleo, and whole foods. These experiences gave me a firsthand understanding of how nutrition affects energy, mood, and overall well-being.
In 2022, I also became a certified yoga teacher, which added the important element of mind-body integration. All of this led me to combine science, self-trust, and holistic tools into a coaching approach that helps women feel energized, confident, and aligned with their health.
First and foremost, my coaching is about transforming the beliefs and mindsets that keep women stuck—so they can feel more present, aligned, and empowered in their lives.
From that foundation, I offer step-by-step guidance around nutrition, movement, and lifestyle in a way that feels sustainable—not overwhelming.
I work exclusively with midlife women who are ready to ditch old habits, uncover what’s truly driving their choices, and reconnect with their inner wisdom. If someone’s just looking for a checklist or a quick fix to lose a few pounds, I respectfully refer them to another coach. My work goes deeper than that.
What this means for you is that I’ll help you get to the root of what’s holding you back and support you in building habits that actually stick—without adding more stress to your life.

“Healthy Midlife Made Easy” is designed to create change on a behavior, belief, and identity level. There are two parts of our brain, one that wants to change and one that want to keep us safe, and views change as dangerous (the critter brain). My coaching system is designed balance superficial behavior change (aka checklists) with dips into belief and identity change.
This approach creates long lasting behaviors change while calming the critter brain.
Coaching work isn’t for everyone.
It’s not for someone looking for a quick fix, a one-size-fits-all meal plan, or a checklist of “good” and “bad” foods. And it’s definitely not for anyone hoping a supplement or pill will solve it all. If those approaches truly worked, you wouldn’t still be searching for answers.
This work is for women who are ready to go deeper—to uncover what’s really been holding them back, to rebuild trust with their body, and to commit to sustainable, aligned change. It takes honesty, openness, and a willingness to show up for yourself—even when life gets full.

Most importantly, you’ll get honest about what’s working—and what’s not—so you can realign your life with what truly matters.

The total investment in the 90-day program is $1,497 if paid in full.
If you opt in for a payment plan, you pay 3 monthly investments of $499.
Limited sliding scale options are available upon request.

Meet Your Coach: Carmen
Carmen understands the pressure of trying to do it all—career, family, health—and still feeling like you're falling short. She’s been there: exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from her own well-being.
With over 13 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, Carmen combines medical knowledge with real-life insight. She’s also a Certified Health & Life Coach through the Health Coach Institute, an ICF-accredited school, and a yoga teacher of more than 3 years—bringing a well-rounded, mind-body approach to her work.
Having researched and personally experienced over 8 different diets, Carmen knows that health isn’t about rigid rules or quick fixes. She’s learned that lasting change comes from simplicity, self-compassion, and sustainable habits.
Her own turning point came when she stopped striving for perfection and started listening to her body. She overcame seasonal depression, burnout, and the pressure to “get it right” by reconnecting with herself—physically, emotionally, and mentally.
