It’s completely your choice if you want to consider the course—I never cold-call, DM, or pressure anyone. I want to work with people who genuinely want to work with me.

To be transparent, at the very end (about 5 minutes), I briefly introduce and invite to my 4 week Group Coaching Program. This Assessment is a great resource to personalize the information covered during the event. The rest of the time is jam-packed with practical steps you can use right away 🤗

Do I need to have my camera on during the event?

No 😊 While it would be wonderful for me and the other participants to see who you are, I completely understand that some of you might be at work, traveling, or just not in a position to have your camera on—and that’s absolutely fine.

If you haven’t joined one of my events before, I want you to know I’m not the type to force anyone to do anything. I trust that you’re smart enough to make the choices that feel right for you.

What is the content based on?

This course is built on my experience as a holistic health coach, registered nurse, and yoga teacher, combined with years of personal development and evidence-informed research 💙. It draws on habit and behavior-change science—including methods like Tiny Habits, Atomic Habits, and other proven approaches to lasting change.

Everything in this course comes from what I’ve learned, lived, and coached, giving you practical, results-focused tools to take action immediately—without guesswork or overwhelm—so you can create lasting, empowering change in your health and life.

Who is Carmen Mathaudhu?

That's me 🙂 I'm a registered nurse, holistic health coach, and yoga teacher with a passion for helping women turn health advice into independence for years to come. I’m also a mother and have been married for nearly two decades.

With 14+ years in healthcare, experience with 8+ diets, and yoga practice for over a decade (teaching for 4+ years), I combine science, personal experience, and mind-body connection to give you strategies that actually work.

I believe in a holistic approach to health—combining medical knowledge, personal experience, and mindfulness practices. My mission is to provide women with practical, actionable steps to improve their health, feel empowered, and thrive in their bodies.

Why did you create this workshop?

Years ago, I realized there was a more supportive, sustainable way to care for my health—one that looked beyond quick fixes and focused on understanding the whole person. With the right guidance, I learned how to build strength, energy, and resilience, and to feel more confident in my ability to care for my well-being.

I love 💜 helping women feel empowered, and I created this event to pay it forward—so you feel supported, capable, and informed as you make changes that matter to you.

Too often, I see women feeling stuck because of:
