Who is this program for?

This program is for anyone who feels stuck, confused, or frustrated around creating healthy habits that fit your biology and lifestyle—especially if you’ve been told to “eat better” or “make lifestyle changes” but weren’t shown how. It’s ideal if you want more energy, confidence, and independence with your food choices.

What will I get out of the 12 weeks?

You’ll learn how to understand your body’s needs, make supportive health choices with confidence, and build habits that truly fit your life. Most participants leave feeling more energized, steady, and in control of their health decisions.

Is this a diet or meal plan?

No. This is not a diet, detox, or strict meal plan. The focus is on food freedom, sustainable habits, and understanding your body—so you can make choices without guilt, rules, or willpower battles.

What if I’ve tried everything and nothing works for me?

That’s exactly why this program exists. Your body isn’t working against you—it’s communicating with you. We help you understand those signals and respond with choices that support lasting energy and independence.

How much time does this program require each week?

In addition to your coaching session, expect about 3- to 60 minutes per week for simple exercises, and optional reflection. Everything is designed to be realistic and doable.

What if I miss a session?

Life happens—you’re welcome to reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, and you’ll have up to four months to complete all 12 sessions.

Do I need any special foods, supplements, or equipment?

No. We work with real food, real schedules, and real life. No supplements or fancy tools required.

Is this right for me if I have medical or dietary restrictions?

Yes. The course focuses on principles, not rigid rules. You’ll learn how to adapt strategies to your needs, preferences, and any guidance you’ve received from your healthcare provider.

As a high-achieving caregiver, you’re surrounded by health advice and endless “shoulds”: eat this, avoid that, wake up earlier, work out harder. It’s overwhelming—and often unrealistic for the life you’re actually living.

In this workshop, we’ll cut through the noise and break it down into small, practical habits that fit naturally into your day. I call them “health snacks”—simple, science-backed actions that support your metabolism, energy, mood, and strength in just minutes.

Instead of trying to overhaul your life, you’ll learn how to build tiny habits into the routines you already have, so taking care of your health feels doable, sustainable, and aligned with your real life.

2. Shift your Mindset

You’re used to pushing through—ignoring fatigue, brushing off cravings, and powering past stress because people are counting on you. Over time, it’s easy to judge your body when it feels like it’s not keeping up.

But those signals—fatigue, cravings, mood shifts—aren’t problems to “fix.” They’re information. Your body’s way of asking for balance and support.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to approach your health with curiosity instead of judgment, and how to interpret what your body is telling you so you can respond with small, supportive actions.

3. Create a Supportive Environment

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to intentionally design an environment that supports your health instead of working against it. Small shifts in your surroundings, routines, and cues can make healthy choices feel easier and more automatic.

Carmen Mathaudhu is the founder of Coaching with Carmen, a holistic health coaching practice that helps women feel energized, balanced, and confident through sustainable lifestyle shifts.

As a registered nurse, certified health and life coach, and yoga teacher, Carmen supports women in building habits that honor their bodies and their lives. Her coaching focuses on reducing fatigue, balancing blood sugar, and helping women feel at home in their own bodies.

Carmen’s approach is deeply personal. After years of chasing the “perfect” diet, she discovered that rigid rules only increased stress, not health. True balance came when she embraced mindful nutrition, movement, and self-care practices that support hormones, energy, and mental well-being.

That transformation now guides every aspect of her coaching philosophy, helping women create lasting, empowering change in their own lives.
