We meet at Burnt Mills West Special Park for a leisurely walk in silent contemplation to reconnect to body and calm the mind.
What you can Expect during
Walking into Clarity

We start with grounding breathwork to reconnect with our bodies and still our minds. Before we dive into silence, you are invited to contemplate a reflective question on your walk. During the walk we rotate the leader to alternate our view and pace. A gentle sound of the bell brings us out of silence, and we share our insights with the group, our journal, or ourselves. Another question guides us back to the starting point where we are invited to share once more. We end with another grounding breath before we go back to our routine - feeling a bit lighter, calmer, and more connected.
