What is the Confident Health GPS Intensive?

The Confident Health GPS Intensive is a 2-hour personalized coaching and consulting session led by a Registered Nurse and health coach, designed to help you move from overwhelm and conflicting health advice to a clear, realistic health plan.

Using the GPS Framework, we bring structure to your health so you can move forward with confidence instead of confusion.

Together we:

  • Gather your health goals, lab results, provider recommendations, and current “shoulds”

  • Prioritize what matters most based on your health context, lifestyle, and motivation

  • Schedule simple, sustainable habits that fit your real life

You’ll leave with a clear direction, a realistic plan, and at least one small habit already mapped into your week.

How is this different from the free Confident Health Strategy Session?

The free Confident Health Strategy Session is a brief introductory conversation to explore your health goals, challenges, and whether coaching support is the right next step.

It provides initial clarity and direction, but does not include a deep review of your health information or a structured, step-by-step plan.

The GPS Intensive is a paid, in-depth coaching and consulting session where we organize your health information, clarify priorities, and build a personalized action plan you can start immediately.

What will we do during the session?

We use a structured coaching and consulting process to simplify your health and create clarity:

  • We review your intake, labs, and current recommendations

  • We organize competing priorities and “shoulds”

  • We identify what matters most right now

  • We create a realistic plan and schedule small, sustainable habits

This session blends education, guidance, and coaching so you can move from information overload to focused action.

Is this medical advice?

No. This is a coaching and consulting session focused on health education, clarity, prioritization, and behavior change support.

While it is led by a Registered Nurse, it does not diagnose, treat, or replace care from your healthcare provider.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Yes. You’ll complete a brief intake form and you are invited to submit a 3-day food, movement, and sleep journal before your session.

This helps us use our time together efficiently so we can focus on clarity, priorities, and your GPS plan.

Will I get ongoing support after this session?

This is a one-time intensive designed to give you clarity and a focused action plan.

If you want support implementing your plan and creating long-term behavior change, that happens inside the 8-week Confident Health Coaching Experience.

Carmen Mathaudhu is the founder of Coaching with Carmen, a holistic health coaching practice that helps women feel energized, balanced, and confident through sustainable lifestyle shifts.

As a registered nurse, certified health and life coach, and yoga teacher, Carmen supports women in building habits that honor their bodies and their lives. Her coaching focuses on reducing fatigue, balancing blood sugar, and helping women feel at home in their own bodies.

Carmen’s approach is deeply personal. After years of chasing the “perfect” diet, she discovered that rigid rules only increased stress, not health. True balance came when she embraced mindful nutrition, movement, and self-care practices that support hormones, energy, and mental well-being.
