Frequently asked questions

What if I’m running late to a session?

Please do your best to be on time. If you're late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. If you're more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered a no-show.

What if I need to reschedule?

I completely understand—life happens! Please reschedule your session at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed entirely will not be made up. That said, if there's a true, unpredictable emergency, I'm happy to discuss on a case-by-case basis.

Is there an expiration date to the Program?

Yes—all sessions must be used within 120 days of your program start date. Any unused sessions will expire after this period and cannot be carried over. You have lifetime access to the online course.

Can I pause or extend the program?

Consistency is key for lasting results, so the program is designed to be completed within the 120-day window. In special circumstances, we can discuss a one-time short pause.

Do you offer refunds?

Because this is a personalized coaching experience with limited spots, all sales are final. I’m committed to your success and here to support you every step of the way.

What do I need to bring to each session?

Just yourself, an open mind, and a journal or notes app if you like to jot things down. I’ll guide you through each session step by step. Some action steps require filling out a handout.
