It’s completely your choice if you want to consider the course—I never cold-call, DM, or pressure anyone. I want to work with people who genuinely want to work with me.

To be transparent, at the very end (about 5 minutes), I briefly introduce and invite to my free health assessment. This Assessment is a great resource to personalize the information covered during the event. The rest of the time is jam-packed with practical steps you can use right away 🤗

Do I need to have my camera on during the event?

No 😊 While it would be wonderful for me and the other participants to see who you are, I completely understand that some of you might be at work, traveling, or just not in a position to have your camera on—and that’s absolutely fine.

If you haven’t joined one of my events before, I want you to know I’m not the type to force anyone to do anything. I trust that you’re smart enough to make the choices that feel right for you.

That's me 🙂 I'm a nurse, health coach, and yoga teacher with a passion for helping women over 35 take control of their health and extend their healthspan. I’m also a mother of one, stepmother to an adult son, and married for nearly two decades.

With 14+ years in healthcare, experience with 8+ diets, and yoga practice for over a decade (teaching for 4+ years), I combine science, personal experience, and mind-body connection to give you strategies that actually work.

I believe in a holistic approach to health—combining medical knowledge, personal experience, and mindfulness practices. My mission is to provide women with practical, actionable steps to improve their health, feel empowered, and thrive in their bodies.

Why did you Create this Event?

Many years ago, I discovered there was a better way to take care of myself and my health—beyond just following the “expected” routine. I realized I could create a life where I felt strong, energized, and fully in control of my well-being.

I love 💜 helping women feel empowered, and I created this course to pay it forward—giving you the tools and knowledge to possibly transform your health and life too.

I also hate seeing people hold themselves back because of:

a) A lack of knowledge—I want to fill in the gaps so you know exactly what works.
b) Believing things that aren’t true—I want to show you what your life can be like and how to create it.

This course is my way of sharing everything I’ve learned, researched, and practiced, so you can take practical steps toward a healthier, more empowered life.

The content is based on my own experience and research, as well as proven strategies from Dr. BJ Fogg’s Tiny Habits Method and the Health Coach Institute 💙

I’ve spent years experimenting with different diets, exploring the mind-body connection through yoga, and testing strategies for improving health and well-being. Everything in this course comes from what I’ve researched, lived, and practiced, so you know it’s practical, evidence-informed, and results-focused.
