This course is for anyone who feels stuck, confused, or frustrated around food—especially if you’ve been told to “eat better” or “make lifestyle changes” but weren’t shown how. It’s ideal if you want more energy, confidence, and independence with your food choices.
You’ll learn how to understand your cravings, make supportive food choices with confidence, and build habits that actually fit your real life. Most participants leave feeling calmer around food, more energized, and more in control of their decisions.
No. This is not a diet, detox, or strict meal plan. The focus is on food freedom, sustainable habits, and understanding your body—so you can make choices without guilt, rules, or willpower battles.
That’s exactly why this course exists. Cravings are not a personal failure—they’re often a signal. We focus on why cravings happen and how to respond in a way that supports your energy and independence.
Expect about 60-90 minutes per week, including live or recorded sessions, simple exercises, and optional reflection. Everything is designed to be realistic and doable.
We meet every Thursday from 12pm to 1pm EST on Zoom. You will get a Zoom and reminder 24 hours, 1 hour, and 15 minutes prior to the meeting.
The Next cohort starts in May 2026 with meeting dates: 5/7, 5/14, 5/21, and 5/28.
